• Craft compelling narratives to highlight the value and benefits of the Relay platform • Build and maintain a content calendar to support product launches and showcase customer stories • Develop content to support the Sales team in converting prospects • Gather and incorporate customer feedback and testimonials • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with business goals • Monitor and analyze content performance to drive impact on business goals
Requirements
• 4+ years of combined experience in content marketing management • Strong writer and editor • Data-driven • Passion for product content marketing • Strong project manager • Experience interviewing subject matter experts • Excited about creating inspiring, helpful content • Able to leverage established tactics and think beyond the playbook
