Description

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the development teams on security-related matters • Collaborate with software developers to integrate security into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including performing security code reviews and providing guidance on secure coding practices • Own the vulnerability management program, documenting and reporting risks to stakeholders, and supporting remediation efforts across departments • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and internal security testing • Develop and enforce security standards, and procedures • Participate in incident response efforts, including containment, investigation, and recovery • Stay informed about emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques • Help deliver the security awareness programs for all employees, and secure code training for developers

Requirements

• Industry certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, or GIAC • At least 5 years of experience in information security, with a focus on vulnerability management and secure software development • Proven expertise in collaborating with software development teams to integrate security into the SDLC • Strong understanding of security principles, network protocols, and best practices for securing web applications and cloud environments • Experience conducting vulnerability assessments on cloud environments such as AWS • Experience conduction web application penetration tests • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to stay updated on emerging threats and industry trends • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
