Description
• Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with potential clients who have expressed interest in our promotions through Instagram or Facebook. • Information Provision: Provide detailed information about our photography experience, ensuring potential clients have all the necessary details to make an informed decision. • Booking Management: Secure bookings by effectively communicating the value of our artistic photography, guiding clients through the process, and addressing any concerns they may have. • Target Achievement: Work towards meeting set targets and quotas to ensure our studios are fully booked, contributing to the overall success of Nuovo Artistic Photography. • Upselling: Present and sell add-on beauty services such as makeup and hair-styling to enhance the overall photography experience.
Requirements
• Proven experience in over-the-phone sales, preferably in a target-driven environment. • Exceptional communication skills with a knack for building rapport over the phone. • Ability to understand and convey the unique value proposition of Nuovo Artistic Photography. • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. • Fluent [oral & written] in English & French, Spanish is considered a significant asset
