Description
• Lead the technical excellence of the development team, working closely with senior developers and managers to identify opportunities and develop learning programs • Contribute to the technical strategy of the company and lead the development of complex technical projects • Foster a culture of excellence, quality, and technical curiosity within the development team • Coach and mentor junior developers to become independent and successful contributors • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to our quality standards
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience • 7+ years of software development experience with a focus on backend web development, distributed systems, and/or cloud infrastructure • Proficiency with modern technologies and frameworks (experience with GoLang is a significant asset) • Experience with technical training, mentoring, or coaching • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with engineers of all experience levels • Solid understanding of software engineering best practices including design patterns, testing methodologies, and agile development processes • Passion for software development with a history of continuous learning and growth • Experience in a leadership role with proven ability to influence technical decisions and drive change
