🔄 Hybrid – Vancouver
• Develop and execute demand-generation strategies, plans, and campaigns. • Collaborate with sales and peer marketing teams to align efforts and drive revenue. • Use data and analytics to measure and improve performance, including cost efficiency and ROI. • Guide the activities of an extended team, including marketing operations and agency partners. • Create and manage demand generation budgets and forecasts. • Measure and report on campaign success using key metrics. • Resolve challenges within the demand generation process. • Provide team training and support on best practices and tools.
• 5+ years of experience in demand generation or a related field in a mid-market B2B SaaS company. Experience in marketing B2C SaaS products and product led-growth is a plus. • Experience in demand generation through paid digital campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and third-party publications. • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software. Familiarity with Pardot and Salesforce is a plus. • Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • An innate sense of curiosity combined with problem-solving skills. • Entrepreneurial, self-starter, and results-driven. • Ability and willingness to be in the office 3 days/week.
