Description
• Lead the sales direction for John Deere Agriculture products across New Zealand dealerships • Achieve customer satisfaction throughout the Sales process • Continuous ongoing communication and contact with the VP of Sales – ANZ
Requirements
• Achieving sales growth and profitability throughout the assigned Territory • Assisting in achieving asset management goals of turn and aging as well as protection of company assets • Provide assistance and guidance for forecasting the right mix of inventory to achieve sales and market share goals • Provide continuous input on the development of standard machine specifications • Assist in the management and development of all sales staff • Achieving Market Share goals in the defined segments • Provide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures • Assists in compiling and utilize Transaction Pricing information • Facilitate and promote corporate sales strategy and initiatives • Achieving the financial sales performance targets as set out in the Company Budget • Recruitment, training, development, and management of direct reports • Provide input on advertising, promotion, and marketing • Assist with negotiation of sales contracts with customers • Establish and maintain good public relations with communities, political and industry personnel • Achieve customer satisfaction throughout the Sales process • Attendance at Industry events, active participation and promotion of all Divisions of Brandt
