• Be responsible for managing the day-to-day business of some of our most trusted client accounts, providing exceptional and attentive client service • Guide the concept development of integrated and digital-first marketing experiences • Grow and develop long-term relationships with clients. • Prepare client presentations, effectively present results and attend meetings as required. • Grow and strengthen our business within our existing client base • Oversee multiple projects at once—information gathering, organizing, budgeting, scheduling, monitoring, trafficking, reporting, delivering and guiding execution. • In collaboration with our Digital Marketing team, lead the development, deployment and reporting of digital marketing campaigns, including: Google AdWords, SEO, email marketing and list management, and social media campaigns • Be responsible for accurate invoicing and month-end financial reporting (BCR, WIP, etc.) • Supporting best practices in accessibility (AODA-compliant communications)
• 3 – 5 years of relevant experience, preferably agency-side • Relevant post-secondary education, ideally with a focus on communications, marketing or business • Knowledge and experience in digital and print marketing and communications • Strong collaboration, creative problem-solving, negotiation and client service skills • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills • Be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment, with the ability to be involved in multiple projects at once
