Description
• Manage documentation for the Ontario Line project • Efficiently process organizational documentation • Administer document platforms and manage user access • Work closely with Quality Department and Design Managers • Maintain control of engineering document records • Track and monitor communications and documentation flows • Ensure internal document controls are established and followed • Verify file organization and consistency • Distribute electronic and hardcopy documents in a timely manner • Manage time effectively to meet deadlines
Requirements
• 5+ years of work experience in similar document control positions • Bachelor’s degree or Associate's degree (preferably related to Engineering, Architecture, Administration, or related fields) • Experience with EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems) and proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both oral and written • Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment • Reliable and willing to work reasonable additional hours as needed/approved to complete assigned tasks • Local Candidates only
