• As an Operations Specialist you will have a direct and tangible impact on local operations that you can see in real-time. If you’re ready to take full ownership of your work, disrupt the marketplace, and shape movement patterns in the urban landscape - here’s your chance! • You will lead local operations projects and work closely with other cross-functional/HQ stakeholders to support the mission to make cities more sustainable, accessible, and affordable.

Requirements

• You have 2+ years of experience in Operations, Startups, Strategy Consulting, or other relevant organizations, ideally with experience in analytic tasks • You are a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills in English (French is a big plus) • You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills, yet are not afraid to get your hands dirty if needed • You have a strong motivation to solve problems creatively and efficiently • You thrive in a fast-paced environment • You are customer-oriented and will strive to strengthen our value proposition to ensure supply growth • You are passionate about new technologies and ride-hailing
