Description

• Process New/Re-Hires, Terminations, Wage Adjustments, Transfer in ADP Canada and/or US • Maintain and update employee profiles with utmost accuracy • Maintain confidentiality of all records and reports • Communicate with stores, manufacturing and other departments to ensure processing deadlines are met and all new hires and terminations have been submitted • Maintain files and process payments for garnishees and/or third party remittances • Respond to queries related to ADP • Provide the electronic copy of year-end documents to employees as requested • Process ADP Pay card enrollment and funding money as required • Request for new order pay cards to Money Network when shop requested to send more • Support Payroll Administrators with ad hoc tasks

Requirements

• 1-2 years of recent payroll experience • Excellent organizational skills • Excellent Excel and Word skill • Ability to multi-task and delegate • Excellent communications required • Solid team-player with an eye for detail • PCP certificate or equivalent experience • Basic knowledge of accounting is an asset • Experience with ADP WFN and/or other HR Information Systems is an asset
