Description
• Provide first-level technical support to LRDG employees, consultants, clients, and users via telephone, videoconference, and email. • Assist with the configuration and regular maintenance of LRDG's computer equipment. • Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve a variety of technical issues related to LRDG's computer systems. • Support users in the use of Microsoft 365 productivity environment. • Assist in maintaining and updating internal LRDG IT policies and procedures. • Collaborate with other departments to manage user accesses, profiles, licenses, and data across core platforms under supervision. • Provide training and support to employees on technical tools and software to ensure they are proficient and well-equipped to use the systems.
Requirements
• Fluent in both French and English, with strong oral and written communication skills. • Self-motivated and autonomous, with a high degree of organizational skill and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Information Technology or a related discipline. • Prior experience in a customer service role is an asset. • Basic knowledge of cloud-based business platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint) is desirable. • Understanding of corporate productivity and communication technologies (e.g., Office 365, videoconferencing tools) is an asset.
