• Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels, including search, social, email, and affiliate marketing. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and scale campaigns. • Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, landing pages, marketing automation, and overall campaign performance. • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance through Loop’s CRM tools. • Continuously test and iterate on creative, copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve ROI. • Track, measure, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude) to understand user behavior and optimize the customer journey. • Allocate and prioritize the performance marketing budget effectively to maximize return on investment. • Forecast and report on monthly and quarterly budget spend and performance outcomes. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing • Proven track record of managing successful PPC, social media, and display advertising campaigns. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. • Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel. • Exceptionally clear and precise communication skills • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
