Description

• Perform needs analysis, gather, and analyze business and technical requirements and provide recommendations for solutions and business process modifications • Work with technical teams to turn end user and business requirements into solution design and implementation plans • Support test plans for D365 / users, act as the interface between the program technical teams • Work with project stakeholders from end users to executive sponsors to elicit, analyze, validate, specify, verify, and manage their needs • Coordinate with the product owner or product manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the project roadmap and Azure boards • Elicit project requirements by meeting with a variety of stakeholders from the C-suite to end users • Ensure the functional requirements are tracked, achievable, and met • Participate in the sprint planning and grooming meetings and track ticket assignments • Support the Scrum Manager creation and maintenance of scrum artifacts • Promote a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear or judgment, with an emphasis on problem solving and conflict resolution • Support the release cycles for multiple products • Monitor and update on sprint progress and deliverables through metrics and retrospectives • Support and encourage the team to make decisions, get help when needed, and take ownership of their commitments

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Scrum or Agile methodologies • 5+ years’ professional IT industry experience in a business analyst role within large, complex environment • Experience with the full project life cycle from initial requirements and scoping to implementation and training • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands • A creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view • Experience in Azure DevOps boards and associated tools
