Description
• Manage executional briefs with suppliers and negotiate best prices. • Maintain individual program budgets for cost effectiveness. • Lead vendor process for new store signage and hardware. • Oversee reprint and inventory management for Grand Opening locations. • Manage new store conversion list and ensure communication is maintained. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective execution. • Oversee Store Marketing Material Portal site operations. • Audit all relevant data for store fixture profiling with the Brand team. • Build and maintain NF In-Store Standards & Guardrails. • Manage store signage specifications and purchase order creation. • Maintain monthly finance forecasting for projects. • Foster positive relationships with external vendors. • Additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements
• Access to a vehicle for frequent commutes to stores and office. • Strong team player in a fast-paced environment collaborating with multiple stakeholders. • Ability to deliver timely marketing programs and initiatives. • Adaptable to set and prioritize varying work. • Business acumen with demonstrated negotiating and multi-tasking skills. • Highly organized to manage multiple programs. • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and accuracy. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. • Tactful approach when dealing with stakeholders.
