Description

• Collaborate and contribute to project work from a design perspective • Leverage your growing UX knowledge and understanding of design systems, UI design, and micro-interactions • Transform nebulous concepts into specific ideas that enhance end-to-end digital product experiences • Design systems, flows, and interfaces that are simple and user-friendly • Apply the current design system to ensure consistency and contribute to its improvement • Draw insights from research and data to create tangible solutions • Build relationships and advocate for the user when collaborating with cross-functional teams • Be a positive contributor within the design team

Requirements

• A design-thinking education or equivalent (Design, Visual Arts, Architecture, Industrial Design, or Communication) • At least 2 years of practical, in-house product, UX/UI design experience • Experience with service design practices and a practice of evolving your design process • Experience working across various digital platforms, from responsive web to native applications • Strong aesthetic and conceptual skills to help elevate the visual identity of our brands • Effective communication and visualization skills • Proficiency in use of design systems, prototyping, and user research methodologies • An acute level of self-awareness and deep empathy - for both the customer and your team’s goals • A strong curiosity and the ability to think about product strategy and vision • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma • Proficiency working with agile teams and software such as JIRA
