Description

• Build a sales plan, leveraging existing relationships, targeted account planning, prospecting efforts, and marketing initiatives (cold outbound). • Maintain pipeline progress and opportunity progression via HubSpot CRM. • Drive contract negotiations with clients, leveraging internal legal and business partners as appropriate. • Deliver updates during internal meetings, weekly 1:1s, and company-wide town halls. • Participate in, and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews. • Drive significant impact on our gross profit goals in 2024 (and beyond). • Travel from time to time.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in staffing sales, with a strong track record in direct hire and staff augmentation services. • Deep understanding of staffing services, recruitment processes, and industry trends. • Strong sales skills with the ability to close deals and achieve targets. • Vast experience selling staffing services in the software space (engineering, product, design, AI/ML, etc.) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels. • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with business objectives. • Highly motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage client relationships and sales activities.
