• We are seeking a Tech Lead, GoLang - API Development Squad • As a GoLang Tech Lead within the API Development Squad, you will play a central role in the creation of a new digital banking platform. The mission is to complete a Baas Core banking solution by addressing various integration needs, and you will be the team's technical guide for the development of advanced solutions. • Provide in-depth expertise in the GoLang programming language and guide the team in the design and implementation of robust and scalable APIs • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the API development team and ensure effective collaboration within the team and with other squads involved in the project • Actively participate in planning sprints and defining development objectives with the management and architecture team • Work closely with the customer to meet expectations and objectives and ensure that the solutions developed comply with the standards and requirements of the financial sector • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team by identifying and implementing process optimization opportunities
• Extensive development experience with GoLang • Proven experience as a technical leader or Tech Lead in API development projects • Understanding of digital banking and banking solution integration concepts • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
