You have proven experience in leading and managing the performance of a team of editors, setting goals, and creating development plans. • Strong written/editorial skills, with a focus on SEO and a good understanding of user-focused copy and persuasion tactics. • Excellent prioritization and project management skills, viewing tasks with an ROI lens and demonstrating the ability to measure, learn, and iterate for growth. • Data-driven content insights. You are experienced in analyzing and reporting on content and SEO performance metrics, to drive performance through our strategy. • Demonstrable experience in managing and optimizing content operations and production processes, with expertise in using a CMS and best practices for content architecture. • Confident in collaborating with other disciplines in cross-functional teams, particularly SEO, design, and product teams.
