Description
• We're seeking a Script Writer to develop and write scripts for VMG productions. • The role includes supporting marketing with copywriting as necessary. • Candidates should have strong storytelling abilities and a robust writing portfolio. • Responsibilities involve researching story concepts and adapting scripts based on production needs.
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional writing experience. • Post Secondary Degree in Film/ Creative Writing or related field preferred. • Scriptwriting Samples • Knowledge of film production workflows, processes, and pipelines. • Experience with scriptwriting software (Celtx, Final Draft, Studiobinder). • Exceptional communication (verbal and written), and collaboration skills. • Ability to oversee multiple projects and solve problems in a fast-paced environment. • Positive attitude and ability to be flexible in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
