Description
• Player-coach role involved in full-lifecycle alignment of customer value and outcomes • Design, propose, implement solutions aligning with client objectives • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical clients • Provide thought leadership and facilitate work planning • Manage and coach people, nurturing aspiring architects and technology leads
Requirements
• 7 - 10 years of omnichannel delivery experience • Industry experience within Healthcare Life Sciences • Certifications as a Salesforce system architect, AWS cloud architect, Tealium, Redpoint, Dataiku, Databricks, and Snowflake are encouraged • 5+ years of enterprise program management experience • 3-5 years of pre-sales experience in shaping and scoping large and complex projects • Understanding of Enterprise Governance, COEs & omnichannel delivery best practices • Functional understanding of technologies and frameworks key to solution design
