• Responsible for generating ideas and creating design concepts • Works closely with Creative and Client Service teams • Supervises junior creatives • Demonstrates strategic and tactical approach in meetings • Directs photographers, illustrators, designers, and production staff • Presents concepts to clients in an organized and effective style • Monitors work progress and supports junior creatives • Coordinates with Client Service team • Keeps up to date on industry trends
• Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising/Visual Communications, Graphic Design or related discipline preferred • 5+ years of experience in marketing/advertising business • Strong oral and written communication skills • Interpersonal and collaboration skills • Decisive problem-solving ability • Ability to work well within a team setting • Working knowledge of product challenges • Computer proficiency with solid knowledge of word text programs • Proficiency working with and adopting AI tools preferred
