• Monitor and moderate our client’s Community on Discourse • Respond to user questions and concerns in a timely and helpful manner. • Enforce the community guidelines and policies. • Identify and remove inappropriate content. • Promote positive and constructive discussions. • Help create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive community environment. • Work closely with our client to ensure that the community is aligned with their goals and values.
• Strong understanding of online communities and their dynamics • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Passion for our clients’ products and services • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills • Familiarity with Discourse or similar forum software • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. • Native Level Japanese skills, Business Level English skills. • Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, Emails) • Interested in social media & gaming.
