Description
• Responsible for planning and managing project delivery services for mid to large-scale healthcare projects • Manage client relationships, interests, and goals • Ensure the quality and fiscal success of projects • Mentor other project managers
Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or Interior Design • Licensed with a provincial regulatory body preferred with the ability to seal and sign all instruments of services, • Familiarity with Design-Built and other alternate project delivery methods, • Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in a related field such as Architecture or Interior Design, healthcare planning knowledge is essential, • Familiarity with the various BC healthcare authorities' working methodology is an asset, • Permit application knowledge, • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit is considered an asset • Experience with project management software and an understanding of project delivery software, MS Project is considered an asset • Experience managing projects to meet aggressive schedules • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills • Capable and willing to mentor • Excellent organization and time management skills including the ability to multitask and prioritize
