Description
• Manage and grow a strong team for successful client outcomes • Ensure appropriate staffing levels for all projects • Hire, monitor, and develop resources in advance of planned business growth • Conduct monthly 1-1s and quarterly and year-end reviews • Create and maintain a culture of exceptional client care and growth • Oversee the development and deployment of programs coordinating all parties • Proactively identify and resolve resource conflicts
Requirements
• Undergraduate degree in a STEM field, preferably in Engineering • 3 to 5 years of experience in a software implementation, client-focused environment • 2+ years of Managerial experience in leading technical teams • Risk integrity management background is an asset • Thorough understanding of project management techniques and methods • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority • Able to travel in the US and Canada up to 20% of the time
