Description
• Full-time Associate role supporting contractor/supplier clients • 12-week training program in Dallas • Responsibilities include fielding calls, inside sales, and customer navigation
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent customer service orientation • Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail applications) • Desire to work with people and consistently engage in verbal interaction over the phone • Ability to de-escalate calls using critical thinking and soft skills • Genuine desire to progress into a sales development role
