Description
• Collaborate with clients to gather comprehensive project information, focusing on technical aspects and research findings. • Work closely with the Pocketed team to meet our clients' high expectations and make their experience with us even better. • Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation accessible to a wide audience. • Ensure accuracy and completeness in documenting project processes, methodologies, and results. • Assist in compiling technical reports and documentation required for SR&ED claims. • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize project documentation and maximize benefits for clients. • Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally. • Participate in meetings and discussions to ensure alignment on project documentation and objectives. • Support the broader Pocketed team with overlapping initiatives.
Requirements
• Experience as a Technical Writer, with a focus on capturing detailed project information. • Strong writing skills, with the ability to distill complex technical information into clear and understandable content. • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in documentation. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment – past startup experience is a plus! • Entrepreneurial mindset and working style. • Self-starting, highly accountable, strong ability to anticipate problems and implement effective solutions, big desire to win, and a high output approach to work. • Strong teamwork skills including experience with cross-functional team collaboration. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
