• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems. • Install, configure, manage and maintain workstations, servers, meeting rooms, audio, streaming equipment and software. • Work with users to resolve system problems and issues. • Make recommendations to purchase hardware, software and system components. • Identify, recommend and implement alternative solutions when required. • Provide training for both internal clients and peers as needed. • Develop and monitor systems, network and security policies and standards. • Adding, removing or updating user information such as logins and passwords. • Maintain technical documentation, manuals and IT policies. • Maintain inventory of IT equipment. • Work with external suppliers on repair and replacement of faulty equipment. • Ensure technical helpdesk tickets are kept up to date and actioned in the corporate ticketing system (JIRA & ServiceNow). • Work with escalation teams and end users to ensure issues are resolved.
• 4+ years experience as a Systems Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role, preferably in the Video Games industry. • Proficiency with Windows & Linux operating systems, including installation, configuration and troubleshooting. • Proficiency with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Xen, Proxmox or OpenStack. • Experience with Juniper firewalls, switches and routers. • Ability to create scripts in PowerShell and Bash. • Knowledge of ITIL processes. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment. • Fully bilingual in French and English.
