Description
• Provide independent guidance and oversight to the executive team • Monitor the business's performance and challenge processes and procedures • Engage with shareholders/investors to address concerns • Promote ethical behaviour and corporate social responsibility • Disclose any potential conflicts of interest • Play a role in appointing and removing senior management • Determine appropriate levels of remuneration for executive directors
