Description
• As a Senior Project Manager, you will be instrumental in leading the project management of design and construction for major healthcare and laboratory projects. • Your responsibilities will include overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the design and construction process, ensuring the successful completion of cutting-edge healthcare and lab facilities. • Your expertise will be critical in managing the design team, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional architectural and engineering solutions while meeting project timelines and budgetary constraints.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; professional architectural or engineering license preferred. • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager overseeing complex architectural or engineering projects, particularly in healthcare or laboratory design and construction. • Extensive knowledge of architectural and engineering design principles, building codes, and healthcare/laboratory guidelines. • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate design activities effectively. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources while delivering high-quality design outcomes. • Eligibility to obtain a Government of Canada Secret clearance. Existing Government of Canada Secret clearance is an asset.
