Description
• Administer corporate Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange environments • Develop, implement, and manage desktop management policies • Update documentation and detail Exchange and Active Directory configurations • Deliver timely incident resolution and post-incident analysis • Respond to Support and Operations cases related to Exchange, AD, or other Windows Server issues • Ensure high service availability of Windows systems • Ensure corporate services adhere to Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Programs
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of direct experience with Exchange • At least 10 years of overall experience in IT administration • Advanced computer support • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Exchange • Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange PowerShell commands • Microsoft MCSA, A+, or MTA certification would be considered an asset
Benefits
