• Provide world class service in deploying Global Relay services. • Responsible for setup and support of the Global Relay UC product suite. • Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and teams. • Ensure client project deadlines are met efficiently and professionally. • Work with clients to implement solutions leveraging best practices. • Provide pre/post-sales front-line technical assistance. • Own technical vendor relationships and liaise on requirements. • Point of contact for technical service escalation. • Collect customer feedback for product enhancement. • Troubleshoot complex issues related to project implementation. • Work with Product Managers to understand offerings and roadmaps. • Serve as the voice of the customer for continuous improvement. • Acts as the technical expert during product demonstrations. • Complete implementations for clients with high complexity. • Ensure errors in documentation are addressed. • Perform peer reviews of new service implementations. • Manage high profile client setups independently.
• 3+ years of experience in technical and/or sales customer service. • Minimum 2 years SaaS implementations experience in a customer facing role. • Ability to understand technical and business requirements and capture technical notes. • Solid understanding of delivery and implementation from a customer perspective. • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail. • Experience using SalesForce or CRM system is highly desirable. • Adaptability to working with multiple teams on projects. • Demonstrates a history of effective collaboration with groups at different levels. • Strong written, verbal, and inter-personal communication skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong understanding of domains, networking principles, and protocols. • Advanced knowledge of networking fundamentals. • Ability to create and run Excel Macros, scripts, SQL knowledge preferred. • Basic scripting skills, industry certifications are desirable.
