Description
• Own the bookkeeping cycle, from the data entry to the preparation of financial statements at the end of every month • Assist the head of finance in various projects and tasks • Manage the day to day office operations and relationship with vendors • Be the responsible person for accounts payable and purchasing • Partner with our sales team to manage the procurement process and invoicing • Ad-hoc administrative tasks, which include travel and event logistics, document filing and data entry
Requirements
• Accounting clerk or bookkeeping training • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment • Not afraid to roll-up your sleeves and do the work, even when it falls outside of your job description • Ability to multitask and change focus rapidly • Capacity and ambition to learn a lot, very fast • Ability to communicate in French and English
