Description
• MaintainX is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team. • Reporting to the Sales Talent Acquisition Lead, your primary focus will be building pipelines, and managing all stages of our recruitment process. • This role will also partner with local universities, be in charge of spreading the word and educating students about our company and current career opportunities and find the best talent for our teams.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, either as an in-house or agency recruiter, ideally for a tech company or in a high-velocity environment. • Experience in sales recruitment. • You are known for delivering outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience. • You are persistent, collaborative and will go the extra mile to be successful. • Experience with different ATS and other recruitment platforms (Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) • You perform well in a fast-paced environment. • Have a passion for networking • Effective communicator who enjoys networking with others • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities • Creative thinker with a strong sense of storytelling
