Description

• Supporting pre-sales with technical questions and issues on the Security Center SaaS product • Drive different solution prototyping and experiments with new partner's technologies to craft proof of concept, demonstrations, perform product certifications, support pre-released product deployments and assist in marketing activities • Analyse and review new feature requests • Participate in routine client calls on Security Center SaaS product • Use your interpersonal skills to learn and challenge the product team based on customer feedback and your own experience to provide product improvements & recommendations • Support the launch of new products by collaborating on various deliverables, like system diagram, knowledge transfer, support marketing questions, feature matrix, etc. • Maintain technical and commercial knowledge base on the product and properly document findings, FAQ, tests results, POC artifacts, product specific knowledge available to the entire team as an internal library and up to date content • Create new targeted content used for training of various internal teams (SE, AE's, BD, Support, Marketing, Channels, etc...) • Review technical documentation before launch • Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners, identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations, carry out tasks, communicate progress and information, determine and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities, and adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback • Drive and assist in POC validation and Beta product installation to help collect test data • Be recognized internally as 'the go-to person' for the most complex ecosystem product questions • Answering all product-related questions in professional manner and addressing queries promptly • Possibility to travel

Requirements

• Experience in a technical support, engineering or pre-sales role in the high-tech industry • Solid technical background; solid experience working with computer, network and hardware components • An eye on continuous improvement and attention to detail • Can partner with and collaborate with others when necessary • Experience with cloud software and systems • Leadership and problem-solving acumen • Strong customer service skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical skills • Highly developed attention to detail • Strong organizational skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written (this role requires interaction with our international collaborators and customers)
