• Currently hiring a Business Development Representative to power sales growth in North America • Supports sales team for Enterprise segment of business • Responsible for lead generation and pipeline growth for targeted brands • Collate relevant insights to target personas for high conversion of outreach efforts • Actively prospect Tier 1 brands to develop a qualified pipeline • Manage initial part of the sales-cycle holding effective discovery calls with clients • Collaborate with Business Development Directors for smooth transition • Understand sales process and engage executives at various levels • Manage multiple ongoing campaigns providing quality service to potential clients • Help promote networking events and identify future clients • Must work with multiple teams within the organization • Improve thought leadership by engaging with industry news
• 1+ years of sales experience, selling mid-market to enterprise solutions into large companies (CPG companies would be an asset) • Comfortable having conversations with various stakeholders and leaders • Sound adaptability with ongoing projects, outreach, business needs, etc. • Reach and develop relationships with C-Level leadership or senior executives in respective territory/accounts • Highly motivated and possess a hunter mentality • High attention to detail and can efficiently prioritize and execute projects with quality • Strong communication skills, naturally curious, and genuinely care about client outcomes • Experience managing external relationships to meet mutually beneficial goals • Solution-oriented and thrive in ambiguity • Comfortable analysing dashboards and utilizing spreadsheets with mastery of basic Excel formulas and pivot tables • Bias for action with a willingness to roll up sleeves and go the extra mile to get the job done • Strong sense of ownership complemented by strong organizational and project management skills • Team player with a genuine desire to contribute to the overall success of the entire team • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate internally with colleagues • Able to work in a fast-paced environment • Able to travel as needed
