Requirements
• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally with a bachelor’s degree • Experience in owning demand results • Experience managing people and building high-performing teams • Motivated by testing and learning • Curious and creative thinker • Comfortable with ambiguity, iteration or a fast-moving environment • Comfortable giving and receiving direct feedback • Passionate about helping Float build the best business finance platform for Canadian companies and teams
