Description
• Prepare well-documented functional specifications that accurately relay stakeholder requirements. • Assist with high level solution wireframes that depict approved, actionable requirements. • Participate in and eventually lead requirements gathering meetings and conversations. • Review project requirements and business objectives with the engineering team. • Communicate design changes to the product team. • Participate in backlog refinement meetings and preparation as necessary. • Participate in user acceptance testing and document shortcomings, enhancements, or bugs. • Review end-user documentation and training materials for accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field or 6 years equivalent work experience. • 3 or more years (combined) of Quality Assurance, Data Analysis, or Business Analysis. • Advanced computer skills. • Understanding of industry standards in accounting, inventory, scheduling, and retail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
