Description

• Lead: Take charge of the discovery and design phases of key projects • Engage: Prepare and lead workshops to gather input and align diverse perspectives • Research: Conduct in-depth UX research and synthesize findings • Prototype: Develop top-notch wireframes and prototypes in Figma • Test & Refine: Perform usability testing and refine designs based on user feedback • Collaborate: Work with our multidisciplinary team to keep projects moving forward • Delegate & Mentor: Provide input and feedback to other designers on your projects • Promote: Represent Evolving Web as a subject matter expert to existing and potential clients by delivering pitches

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in UX design, ideally within a digital agency • Multitasker: Ability to juggle multiple projects with ease • Client Savvy: Strong client-facing and presentation skills • Research Pro: Expertise in UX research for institutional clients or projects with similar complexity • Figma Mastery: Advanced skills in Figma are required • Usability Expert: Experience in usability testing and design optimization • Bilingual Bonus: Proficiency in English and French is a plus
