Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in mortgage lending, product management, or mortgage sales • Passion for customer experiences • Understanding of Canadian banking regulatory context • Proven ability to initiate and execute projects • Product management and product development expertise • Ability to influence senior executive decisions • Enthusiastic, thorough, inclusive, and results-oriented • Excellent communication skills • Understanding of workplace collaboration tools • Strong attention to detail
