Description

• Lead a team of UXUI developers on Fortnite Battle Royale Quest systems • Work with Game Designers to create compelling user experiences • Collaborate across teams to maintain communication and resolve design discrepancies • Present and pitch designs to various stakeholders • Produce UX design work such as competitive analysis, information architecture, and accessibility standards • Build flexible design systems for efficient design processes

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing features and complex UX systems across multiple platforms (Mobile, PC, Consoles) • 7+ years of experience in Agile environments and on multi-disciplinary teams • 2-4 years of experience managing a team of 1-4 people or equivalent training • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with 5+ years presenting to team members and stakeholders • Service-oriented, empathetic, and compassionate leader • Skilled with Figma, Adobe Suite, and prototyping software • Strong online portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions • Passion for making and playing games with a strong sense of player empathy • Proactive individual capable of owning outcomes and adapting to changes quickly
