Description
• Own the testing process, risk management, and quality evaluation for features • Lead a group focused on quality of Battle Royale gameplay and items • Develop a plan for weekly testing requirements and expectations • Organize staffing and tools to reach quality goals • Audit test plans and identify testing gaps • Develop feature risk assessments and raise risks at leadership levels • Build and iterate QA processes to improve efficiency • Advocate for player experience and fun
Requirements
• 2+ years of QA management experience in the games industry • Breathtaking time-management and multitasking capabilities • Skilled writer of detailed issue documentation and test plans • Strong communication skills, ability to advocate for quality and push back when necessary • Experience using qualitative metrics to measure types of fun • Expert user of defect tracking tools such as JIRA • Selfless collaborator with and inspirational leader of small teams on short deadlines • Experienced coach of developing individual contributors
