Description
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT support specialists • Ensure timely resolution of IT support requests, incidents, and problems • Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, major incidents, and high-priority issues • Manage the delivery and support of end-user computing services • Develop and implement an ITAM strategy to track and manage all IT assets
Requirements
