Description
• Responsible for weekly cheque deposits • Monthly reconciliation and processing AP bills with precision • Monitoring and reconciling credit card activity • Regular maintenance of Box Office inbox • Weekly invoicing of independent theatres and other customers as required • Monthly reconciliation of AR General Ledger to Subledger • Assisting in quarterly royalty reporting • Supporting distribution team as required during quarterly close process
Requirements
• Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures • Strong problem solving skills • Experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Strong organizational skills • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (written and verbal communication)
