Description
• Negotiating and executing growth-impacting deals • Partnering with cross-functional teams • Serving as an expert in contract negotiations • Supporting research and product expansion initiatives • Counseling on general corporate business matters • Assisting in global expansion efforts • Operating as a trusted partner and advisor
Requirements
• Active member of the Law Society of British Columbia, 4-7 years post-call experience • Experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer • Experience in driving and negotiating complex contracts • Organized, critical thinker with strong attention to details • Ability to work well under pressure • Expert collaborator who thrives on building relationships • Willingness to share values of the organization
Benefits
• Base pay range: $130k - $165k per year + bonus • Additional types of compensation may be offered by Talent Acquisition team if you interview for the role
