• Proactively source high-quality passive candidates, leveraging your network and utilizing creative sourcing strategies • Drive our EVP and Visier brand through social media and networking to create a rich pipeline of top talent • Maintain best-in-class recruitment processes that ensure an outstanding candidate experience • Creatively build a pipeline of candidates and grow Visier’s brand awareness • Ensure that sourcing strategies consistently attract and retain top talent in the market, at all levels • Evaluate recruitment metrics that measure success and drive continuous improvement towards reducing time whilst not sacrificing quality • Develop and maintain a complete understanding of the competitive marketplace and leverage research to develop and refine recruitment strategies
• Diverse recruiting experience in agency or inhouse, ideally a combination of both • Demonstrated experience recruiting technical and non-technical in a tech environment • A polished, professional and authentic communication style • You’re a driver, you love working fast and efficiently while not losing sight of quality • You're a hunter, passionate about Visier and our mission and willing to find the best talent in the industry through proactive recruiting. • Understand what it means to work in a lean high growth environment • Experienced LinkedIn Recruiter user with experience in Gsuite and Greenhouse being advantageous
