• Serve as the first point of contact with potential clients • Scout and hunt for leads via mail and phone • Independently grow the business and process the lead base • Qualify leads at the top of the funnel • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to set up meetings • Connect and start conversations with international customers • Articulate competitive advantages and key differentiators • Keep CRM records up-to-date and clean • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Requirements

• Experience in a professional environment • Passion for growth in a startup environment • Developing a sales career • Deep understanding and knowledge of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion • Advanced Microsoft Office skills • Experience with integrated CRM software (Outreach, Zoominfo, or Salesforce) • Bilingual proficiency (preferably in French or Spanish)
