•Lead the setup and operational management of the pilot facility, ensuring all systems function within set parameters. •Hire, train, and manage a team of operators and support staff, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. •Oversee the implementation of health and safety protocols throughout the facility. •Coordinate and manage the execution of 10 direct air capture pilot tests, including scheduling, resource allocation, and data analysis. •Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize DAC processes. •Maintain compliance with all governmental regulations and environmental guidelines.
•Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Environmental or similar. Advanced degrees and professional engineering designation (P.Eng) preferred. •Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management within a technical or industrial setting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. •Proven experience in managing pilot plants or industrial operations, preferably in the environmental technology or chemical processing industries. •Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex processes. •Commitment to upholding high safety and environmental standards.
