• Lead concept development with the ability to present to internal senior stakeholders. • Participate in strategic brainstorming, development, and creative execution. • Interact with project teams to understand business objectives and audience demographics. • Maintain high standards of copywriting and exercise quality control. • Create on-brand, user-friendly experiences for transactional web flows, applications, and other digital products. • Incorporate business requirements into writing that will enhance the user experience. • Develop content strategies, edit and revise copy, and account for accessibility considerations. • Create and manage multiple highly technical copy decks at one time. • Create and maintain a comprehensive library of reference guidelines and workflows within technical copy decks. • Answer questions from engineering as needed to ensure successful implementation. • Be comfortable presenting to high-level stakeholders.
• 5-10 years’ experience as a copywriter in an agency or brand environment • Proven aptitude for quick, creative thinking with acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines. • A keen enthusiasm for and demonstrable understanding of digital trends and technologies. • A strong understanding of marketing (especially direct marketing) and advertising principles. • The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively juggle diverse writing demand. • A high attention to detail, an eye for formatting, and are a stickler for matching design to comp and visa versa.
