• Engage with customers through emails, live chats, social media, and phone calls. • Keep up-to-date with products, launches, and promotions. • Address customer concerns efficiently. • Follow up with customers post-interaction for exceptional service. • Solve issues creatively to ensure customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with the operations team to manage special orders. • Implement process improvements to boost efficiency. • Handle multiple tasks and adapt to evolving requirements.
Requirements
• 1 year of experience in customer service. • Comfortable with innovative technologies, including AI tools like ChatGPT. • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is essential. • Availability from 8AM to 12AM EST, 7 days a week (40h week).
