Description

• Reporting to the Sales Manager, the SDR will be responsible for outreach to generate qualified opportunities for our sales team • The SDR will be a key member of the team, working cross-functionally in an exciting start-up environment to prospect, educate, qualify, and nurture sales-ready leads • The SDR plays a critical role in CoPilot AI’s ambitious growth plans by driving growth in the right direction • The role may evolve and expand as you grow in your position to achieve career growth and professional development opportunities • Joining a team of high-performing professionals committed to excellence and contributing to a success story

Requirements

• An ambitious self-starter who is willing to learn, innovate and exceed personal goals • A fast learner with an eye for detail • Excellent communicator, written and verbal • Motivated with a great attitude and work ethic • Ability to take rejection well and come up with creative ways to tap into new opportunities • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with team members, management, and external partners • Extremely proactive and thrives in a dynamic, move-fast, roll-up-your-sleeves culture • Previous sales development experience in a SaaS organization

Benefits
